that’s would be nice, for I wonder that “Can I unlock other Blackberry storm like Blackberry Storm 9530?”
hi Twettybr, so many person like you asking the same things
As you mention the Blackberry Storm 9530, is a worldwide phone. That means, it has a SIM Card slot for use in Europe, where currently hardly any CDMA signals exist, and now It comes with a memory card that says Verizon actual is a a Vodafone SIM card for VERIZON is indeed a CDMA carrier.so unlock other Blackberry storm is very possible, although probably not at this moment in time, but in the near future, that some hacker somewhere will figure out how to unlock it so that it will work in the United States, after all, it is a CDMA phone and GSM Quad band phone (two of the frequencies will work in the United States, the other two, in Europe).
So just waiting for a little bit until someone can hack their way into the phone.
Otherwise just try the Blackberry Storm 9500 (The Strictly European Phone) Unlocked. This phone has already been unlocked because of the fact that it was easier due to the fact that it is only used by GSM networks. It might cost a little bit more, but most likely, it’ll work.
